In my opinion, there is really only one way to approach arm balances – with a playful and adventurous spirit. There are so many arm balancing poses and variations with more being invented all of the time. Some of the poses seem impossible, some seem to defy gravity and others are just best taken not too seriously. Apart from using strength, focus and balance they also encourage us to not take life too seriously. And the best part is that when (maybe after months or years) you do make progress it feels amazing. Be playful, keep your mind open and don’t get too attached to the outcome. It’s about the process.
